Coverlets have both figural and geometric designs. This example of a geometric coverlet is wool and linen and features two seams resulting in a large textile that measures 90” wide. The coverlet displays an intricate weaving pattern. Age of this textile is prior to 1830. Condition is very good with only slight discoloration from age.
